What a great evening we had! Lonneke shared with us messages via EVP that pertained to each one of us and also selected beautiful zikar/ Sufi meditation music that resonated with our own rhythmic heart energies during the meditation. Before listening to the meditation, Lonneke told us that the spirit world had already instructed her that we could use colored pencils and paper or whatever for drawing, coloring, or creating if we felt an urge to artistically express ourselves or anything during the meditation; for that reason she had instructed us by email a day or two before to have the items close, just in case. Throughout the meditation it was nice that everyone stayed spiritually close to each other with an energy where unconditional love was felt and propagated.
Our gathering began with Lonneke playing all of the EVP messages out loud so that they could be heard. As she allowed us to hear the (recorded) messages for each sitter exactly as they were phonetically stated through the radio frequencies that the Sanders Group and our loved ones in the spirit world were using, Lonneke also discussed our personal EVP messages so that she could make sure we understood the meanings behind them. From that, it was time for the meditation, which included truly mesmerizing, beautiful zikar/ sufi music that starts from the heart. The idea when listening to this type of music is to let yourself go completely with the flow of the music’s rhythm while paying close attention to the repetitive rhythms that connect you with your heart energy. This way you can get into a beautiful, spiritual trance. In the end, though, it is all about healing, so when an emotional blockage occurs while listening to this music, it is good to take a look at it and remove it.
After the meditation was over we shared our experiences. I was the first to start. In the first part of the meditation I felt the heart energy very firm and then again very soft. During a song with a sitar, my body shook every time a string was touched. It was a euphoric feeling that invited me into a beautiful, flowing trance. After that I got a solid connection between my heart and crown chakras that lasted for a while. Wow, what a healing that was! I also became inspired as the spirit world drew close to me for the connection (blend) with them as I creatively expressed the sensations I was receiving, but unfortunately the color pencils barely showed anything because their lines were quite thin and faint, making any sense of the drawing was impossible. After that I got a good connection with Nikola Tesla and could see his face well. He showed that he loved to dance and gave me a small demonstration of tap dancing (like Fred Astair). Lonneke then said that she saw this in a contact with him two weeks ago and almost didn't want to believe it. But now that I've seen this from him too, we found it astonishing! Ciska also loved the music and has CDs with such pieces herself. It was therefore not new to her, and just last week she listened to this type of music via headphones. During meditations she likes to listen to it and liked listening to it during our seance, as well. At one point she saw a bright-yellow ball that read “please help me”. She also wrote this down on her paper. After that, more bright-yellow balls appeared that she also drew. The image and plea she received had to do with a friend of hers who had recently passed over to the spirit world and of whom she was very fond and for whom she felt unconditional love. It was an emotional event that could only be felt with music, according to Lonneke. But in the end Ciska felt supported by the Light. Alexandra suddenly remembered sadness from two decades ago that had not yet been fully processed when a certain (Middle-Eastern) song was playing during the meditation. At the end of the song, she felt two vibrations touch her, each one inch or so above both ears, before they went through simultaneously to meet in the middle of her head. She suddenly perceived our group members sitting in a visual circle and felt different yet higher levels of harmony. Mine, however, was on a different level than the rest of the group members’: it only had to do with raising the level of consciousness (ascension process) that we are in the middle of. For her, it also had to do with events from stored, unhealed memories that unexpectedly came back. In the end, the music gave her the feeling that the pain she once felt so intensely was hurting less now. This realization inspired her to write a poem about it during the meditation. She thought it was a great experience and promised herself that she would try to see everything in a broader perspective from now on. In times like these, where the past hurts creep up, I would say humor is a person's best friend! Finally, she had the feeling that the group had come a step higher, thanks to the positivity that is always with us when we meet and thanks to the connection that we all have with each other as well as with the spirit world. Samantha thought it was a great session with beautiful music, a strong connection, and plenty of healing. She felt a lot of warmth in her heart and soon went into a kind of a trance state. A strong connection with her soul was also part of this, which inspired her to make a drawing of an elf with different spirits in the background. Lonneke suggested doing another session like this one soon because of the beauty and connection. Ingrid had a similar experience to Samantha's, since she, too, felt a lot of contact with spirits. At first she didn't want to draw but did so anyway while she drew a tree, a boat, some grass, and some birds, for she likes to be in nature’s peaceful places. It all went very quickly as the drawing was finished in no time. As for Lonneke, she received a wooden flute during the meditation: a “ney”, which was the first type of wooden flute used by the Sufis. Eva also enjoyed the music and drew on her iPad. Although she enjoyed the music, she did not use it while creating a beautiful and joyful reddish-orange mandala on her iPad. In the middle of the mandala, she added the color yellow similar to that of the Light that can also be seen in Ciska's drawing of the bright-yellow glowing orbs/ circles. Wow, what a synchronicity! After Eva finished drawing, she tried to feel what the other sitters were drawing. She wrote “wings” for Samantha’s, “flowing water” for Ingrid’s, and “laps” [as in circles] for Ciska’s. And again, more synchronicities!
I can only say that our connection tonight was true and powerful, all because of unconditional love and harmony and beauty. These qualities allowed us to be grateful for our connection to each other as well as to our loved ones in the spirit world and for their EVP messages. We are also grateful for the zikar/ Sufi meditation music that Lonneke provided that inspired us to feel the Oneness, our creativity, and the willingness for healing. So far the report.
Thank you again, Lonneke, for the wonderful guidance. It was a beautiful evening!
